ZJDC Series Energy-saving and Electricity-replacing Equipment for Drilling Platforms
ZJDC series drilling platform electric oil substitution system is a high-tech product specially developed for oil drilling rig. Its main function is to connect the electric control system of drilling platform to the public power grid to replace the diesel engine power generation system of drilling platform. In order to prevent the harmonic generated by drilling rig from injecting into the public power grid, ZJDC series drilling platform electric oil replacing system is installed with a set of filter compensation device according to the characteristics of each type of drilling rig, which absorbs a large amount of high-order harmonic current generated by the drilling rig and makes reactive power compensation in a time-consuming manner, so as to improve the safety and reliability of drilling rig power supply. This technology can be widely used in the technical transformation of DC drilling rig, AC frequency conversion drilling rig and mechanical drilling rig. It can not only make the drilling rig which can only rely on diesel power generation to directly connect to the power grid, but also can cooperate with the diesel generator to reduce diesel consumption and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
In order to meet the special needs of drilling engineering, the device is designed as a box type power station, which is convenient for transportation. The filter compensation device and the network box transformer are configured independently, which is convenient for users to choose. At the same time, the device adopts fully automatic control technology, which is easy to install and operate, and easy to operate and maintain. It is proved that it is a stable and mature technology, which plays an irreplaceable role in improving the safety production and energy saving and emission reduction of drilling rigs.
1. Service conditions
The voltage deviation of public power grid is less than + 7%;
The altitude is not more than 2000m;
Ambient temperature: maximum temperature + 50 ºC, minimum temperature - 40 ºC outdoor),
The highest daily average temperature is + 30 ºC, and the highest annual average temperature is + 20 ºC;
Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s;
The relative humidity of air should not exceed 90% (+ 25 ºC);
The ground inclination is not more than 30 ºC
Seismic acceleration: not more than 0.4 m / S 2 horizontally and 0.2 M / S 2 vertically
The installation site shall be free from fire, explosion, chemical corrosion and severe vibration, and shall not be located in low-lying water accumulation area. Meanwhile, enough space shall be reserved for the door opening of box transformer.

2. Specification and model
There are four models of electric oil replacing system for zjdc series drilling platforms
ZJDC10(O.6)-ME :
It is mainly used to transform LDB type drilling rig and pure mechanical drilling rig into grid electric drilling rig, and it is applicable to 10kV or 6kV public power grid voltage level. It is to replace the original two diesel engines with two DC motors from three diesel engines of the original drilling rig, and reserve one as standby for power grid accident. The motor is made into a skid type, and forms a convenient interchange structure with the diesel generator set. When the power supply conditions are met, the motor will replace the diesel engine and directly connect to the power grid for operation, and the energy saving efficiency can reach more than 65%. In the absence of grid conditions, it can easily restore the operation of three diesel engines without damaging the original drilling rig structure.
Zjdc10 (0.6) - EE: it is mainly applicable to DC drilling rig. It can work with diesel generator set to stabilize generator power, reduce rig failure and reduce diesel consumption of generator by more than 30%. It can also be directly connected to 10kV or 6kV public power grid, achieving social and economic value of energy saving and cost reduction of more than 65%.
ZJDCFZ-ME:
It is mainly suitable for 600V power system generated by diesel generator or gas generator in areas without public power grid. DC motor is driven by DC speed regulation system to provide power for drilling platform.
ZJDC-FC :
Zjdc-fc series of voltage compensation device for electric oil replacing system of drilling platform is specially developed for oil drilling rig, which is used to compensate long high voltage line and raise voltage. The total capacity of the device is 4320kvar.
