1. Can I colour/ bleach/ tone my hair extensions?

Real hair We do not recommend that you colour your extensions as they are already dyed and treated and we cannot guarantee that you get the desired result after further treatments. If you decide to dye your hair then it is at your own risk and guarantees are no longer valid. Synthetic hair It is not possible to colour synthetic hair as it is made of synthetic fibres and colour treatments are too powerful for this type of material.

 

2. Why my hair ex tension is getting tangled?

Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

 

3. Why my hair extension is too dry?

Normally the hairs are a little dry before leaving the factory,in case the weaving to be moldy during the long-distance shipping.So make sure use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It is a good choice to let the hair dry naturally.Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy and extend the life of hair.Good care, long life.

 

4. Why my hair extensions keep falling out? What should I do now ?

If you lose a lot of hair then this could be down to a number of different factors. The most common reason is improper attachment (that the extensions have been attached to too little or too much of your own hair). Examples of other factors that might contribute to you hair extensions falling out are: which care products you use, if you have coloured your hair or if you have been in a sauna. If you had your extensions put in at a salon then we recommend that you contact them first. If you attached the extensions yourself or with a friend then we recommend that you get in touch with our customers service so that we can help you.

 

5. Why my hair color doesn't match ?

Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor,lighting,background etc..Though the same color number may have a little color difference base on different standard from different company . You could dye the hair directly if you need other colors.

 

6. How long does the hair extension last?

Depending upon which quality of hair you have bought and how well you have taken care of it, will determine how long your hair will last. We recommend that you get a check up on your permanent extensions after 5-7 weeks to verify that your own hair doesn't grow out too much.

 

7. How to measure the hair length?

1. The way we use to measure length of hairs (straight,wavy or curly texture,etc...) is to make the hair flare-out/stretched to straight (shown on the following picture),instead of measuring the hair directly.

2. Meanwhile, since the length is measure by hand, it is unavoidable that there will be small inaccuracy (0.1-0.2 inches is acceptable). Kindly please read our declaration carefully and wish to have happy experience with you.

 

8. How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

Human hair has natural protein,it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching,human hair will smell foul when burnning,the human hair will show white smoke.While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, morever,human hair may have few gray hair and split end,it is normal and not a quality problem.
